About
It is with great peril that I take pen in hand to disclose these hidden Rules of Life. I promise you, men, that they exist.
Description

The post shared by her boyfriend's mum doesn't exactly hold back. If you've ever had to deal with a cranky mother-in-law, it will probably give you flashbacks.

The post itself lays out the rules that presumably the woman's mother-in-law applies to people who date her son, and they really are a bit much. To start with, she makes repeated threats that she could make the hypothetical girlfriend of her son 'go away' - which is weird in itself.

And then, Captain Obvious continues: "He's a mama's boy, unless you have a ring on your finger, your opinion of that does not matter. Take him for who he is, or see rule five. And concludes: "If you weasel your way past all of these rules and fake your way to a ring on your finger, I will be something much worse than your boyfriend's mom.

I'll be your mother-in-law. One joked: "Tell me you're attracted to your own son without telling me you're attracted to your own son.

Potentially the most ominous of the 'rules', re: "I know how to avoid jail. Another wrote: "This is so embarrassing for her, I am so sorry you need to deal with that.
